Recent Doings
A brief update on some things I've been doing:
- Fixing my sleep schedule, moderately successful
- Limiting screentime to counteract eye strain, mostly unsuccessful but major breakthroughs have been made
- Getting positively hooked on Helldivers 2, primary obstacle to previous two items
- Doing dailyshinximage again, in a different, less demanding format, since August. Currently it is only available on Tumblr.
A few more thoughts: first, I no longer have any problem with using the anonymous benefactor's hosting service I was suspicious of early this year. Nothing changed, I just stopped caring. I will look in to picking a ripe, juicy domain name, and I am especially eager to make the move since I've been having trouble installing Neocities's CLI program.
Second, although I have long ceased using my SSG script at this point, I have been salivating a wee bit at the thought of clean, consistent pages and a navigation menu. I don't know about upheaving the whole site for such, but I would like to hear from you, the readers: does the site's lack of navigation make it suck to use? I've thought it wasn't strictly necessary all this time but most sites I see come with more than just one or two "back home" buttons on every page. I would appreciate your input greatly.
This concludes the new information. I am still unfathomably unemployed, and I am still going to keep updating this site (I have a fun little thing planned.
