Recovering from the Thanksgiving Haze
Quick update, brief state revision, etc. Had family over for Thanksgiving and the surrounding days. Loads of fun and good times, plus a downright inadvisable amount of tasty pies leftover, but I always find myself forgetting what it feels like to be productive after these busy periods. Gonna inscribe some quick lists of stuff here.
Stuff I Should Probably Do
- Keep writing out the Pastry Parodyme (chapter 2 is finally out!!)
- Upload some new drawings
- Do some more solo roleplaying (maybe even write about it)
- Draw more (thinkin I should do some sketchbook stuff)
- Increase silent prayer time
- Write those tutorials I said were coming soon
- Make pages about codes/writing systems/conscripts/whatever they're called I've made
We're gonna have to Badly, Bored, Barely our way through this. Whatever that means. I mean that I'll have to push myself do do these things against whatever restistance shows up. Also...
Stuff That Would Be Really Cool and Awesome to Do
- Redo the Bog again (mainly stop giving each post it's own folder because it's kinda annoying to do)
- Redo Pastry Draws again and make it mostly plain text with much less images
- Ditch the SSG I'm using and just maintain this site with my bare hands (bad idea probably)
- Put NetBSD on my Raspberry Pi and use it as an FTP server for my two computers
- Make a Gemini capsule written entirely in Latin
- Find a number new video games to be obsessed with
- Find a number of video games I already own to be obsessed with
Sunday, my weekly chance to refocus and recenter myself, arrives in fifteen minutes. I hope I will find time to do so, since my Benefactors usually wind up making Sunday a car-riding day out. Maybe that's more of a good thing than I realize. Hmm. Well, much to think on. Hoping that your Thanksgiving was full of every manner and phylum of gratuitous gratitude, and that your Sunday will be easy and restful.
